Cleburne Dynamos FC Soccer Academy Program
Welcome to the Cleburne Dynamos FC Soccer Academy program. As the game of soccer continues to evolve, it is imperative that our youngest soccer players are provided an age appropriate training environment conducive to helping players reach their fullest potential.

The Cleburne Dynamos FC Academy program is designed to support and guide those who wish to make the transition from recreational to competitive soccer. The program is geared to the more technically advanced and athletically motivated recreational player. Players with a strong desire to increase their technical skills while also learning more about the game of soccer will greatly benefit from our academy program.

The most important aspect of the Cleburne Dynamos FC academy program is training. Technical and small-sided tactical training is provided 2 times per week by our professional coaching staff. Training activities are devised to help players develop and improve technically/skills, tactically/decision making, physically/fitness, psychologically/mental toughness.
Academy Program Standards
Each Cleburne Dynamos FC Academy player will have the opportunity in a developmentally appropriate training environment. This means placing them in situations that are within their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social reach. This does not mean a less challenging environment, but rather one that where activities are designed to create growth enhancement.

The process of training in the Cleburne Dynamos FC Soccer Academy is highly regarded in the quality of the coach and program staff. Part of the program is entailing the players and parents understanding the standards set out for the players. Below are a set of some minimum standards the players are to adhere to.

Academy PLAYERS must:
- Players must wear the following to all training session: Soccer shorts, soccer socks, shin guards (no exceptions), proper training top. NO jean shorts, casual shorts, etc.
- Proper footwear, multi studded cleats, or turf shoes

- Provide recreational players an opportunity to train with experienced coaches.
- Provide recreational players an opportunity to investigate the level of play with which they are comfortable, which players they would like to play with, and for which coaches they would like to play.
Games and Playing Structure
Outdoor games will be scheduled by the Arlington Soccer Association and games will be played in Arlington and Fort Worth. Indoor games will be played at the Apex Indoor Sports Center in Mansfield. Players will be registered with the Cleburne Soccer Association and may or may not choose to play on a recreational team in addition to playing in our academy program.
